  • The pricing breakdown for this plan is as follows:
    • Pay by credit card – $24.99/month
    • Pay by checking account – $21.99/month

*Note: Homes with multiple heating and/or cooling systems must select the Four Annual Home Visit Plan.

Upfront Payment Option

When you select the Upfront Payment Plan, you buy three years of maintenance and get the fourth year for free! This four-year maintenance plan includes four annual, in-depth inspections of your heating, cooling, and electrical systems.

This plan requires a one-time investment of $999 (saving you $368).
