Monthly Payment Plans

When you choose a Monthly Payment Plan, you can choose between four annual home visits and two annual home visits. Each plan has a 12-month minimum requirement and includes comprehensive tune-ups of your heating and cooling equipment.

The pricing breakdown for these plans is as follows:

• Four Annual Home Visits Plan: $29.99/month when paying by credit card OR $26.99/month when paying by checking account.
• Two Annual Home Visits Plan: $24.99/month when paying by credit card OR $21.99/month when paying by checking account.

*Note: You must select the Four Annual Home Visits Plan if you have multiple heating and/or cooling systems.

Upfront Payment Plan

When you choose the Upfront Payment Plan, you can buy three years of maintenance and enjoy the fourth year at absolutely no charge to you. That’s right, for one payment of $999, you can enjoy four annual home visits. During these visits, your technician carefully inspects your heating and cooling equipment and provides a thorough tune-up.
